Guests from Brunei visited Mufti of Dagestan

February 10, Mufti of Dagestan Sheikh Ahmad Afandi was visited by guests from the Kingdom of Brunei - Rector of the Sultan Sharif- Ali Islamic University, Nurarfan bin Zaynal and his deputy Hajj Simali bin Adam, who arrived in Makhachkala on an official visit earlier today

Guests from Brunei visited Mufti of Dagestan

The guests were accompanied by Deputy Mufti Akhmad Kakhaev, as well as Shihabudin Guseynov, Head of the DGI International Department, and Israil Kebedov, Advisor to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan.

Sheikh Ahmad Afandi thanked the guests for the visit, which is significant for both sides.

During the conversation, the meeting participants spoke about the importance of cooperation in various fields. In particular, the main purpose of the visit was the signing of cooperation agreements between the Islamic University of the Kingdom of Brunei and several educational institutions subordinate to the Dagestani Muftiyat.

At the end of the meeting, the guests presented a memorable gift to the Honorable Sheikh, after which they made a collective photo.
