Water Source

In the latest scientific researches, it has been shown that water on the surface of the earth was formed during millions of years and came from outer space carried on billions of meteorites which had fallen to earth.

The remarkable thing is that the Holy Koran has indicated that the source of water is the sky: “And we have sent down water from the sky in a measured amount and have settled it on earth and indeed we are able to take it away.” (Sura Al-Mu’minun, ayat 18).

This honourable ayat thus assures us that the source of the water existing on earth is the sky - and this is what is proven scientifically!

The scientific evidence was not known at the time of the Holy Koran’s Revelation, so who told the Honourable Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about it?

The Miracle of the Human Hand

According to scientific research conducted by the University of Utah, scientists have discovered that the design of the human hand is different from that of any other animal. Professor David Carrier says that there are many possibilities for the development of human hands (according to the theory of development). However, if we contemplate all creatures, we find that man is the only creature distinguished by a hand that suits all the tasks he requires, while monkeys - for instance – can only do limited manual tasks.

Scientists, therefore, believe that man is distinguished by many features from any other creature. Such features make man contravene the theory of development and, although development cannot be denied in the world of organisms, man was created differently as Almighty Allah breathed into man of his spirit and gave him the ability to learn and speak.

Scientists, therefore, believe that man is distinguished by many features from any other creature. Such features make man contravene the theory of development and, although development cannot be denied in the world of organisms, man was created differently as Almighty Allah breathed into man of his spirit and gave him the ability to learn and speak.

The Spider is an Architect

Scientists say that spiders are created with intricate programs in their brain cells that enable them to build their webs in a marvelous architectural manner.

Such programs could never be made by nature or even result from evolution. Thus, there must be a supernatural power that organises such programs. We believe that it is Allah, the Exalted who created spiders as well as all other creatures and organisms and that He also guides them.

The Almighty Allah says in the Holy Koran, “That is Allah, your Lord; there is no deity except Him, the Creator of all things, so worship Him. And He is the Disposer of all things. Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.” (Sura Al-An’am, ayat 102-103).

All glory to Allah!
