Three perfect drinks for autumn

Autumn is the best time to snuggle under the blankets with a book and a big cup of something warm.

If you are tired of regular tea and coffee, save recipes for aromatic warming drinks that will be the best addition to an autumn evening!

1.Milk tea

It is always so pleasant, creamy and tender, just what you need for cool evenings. To prepare it, we need milk (250 ml), one bag of high-quality black tea, 50 gr of white chocolate, cinnamon, whipped cream for decoration. Tea is prepared in literally five minutes. Heat the milk and add a tea bag to it. When the milk boils, turn off the heat. Leave the drink for one minute, and then remove the tea bag and add chocolate to the milk, stir until it dissolves! Decorate as desired, add whipped cream, cinnamon.

  1. American-style cocoa

Cocoa prepared according to this recipe has a richer taste and aroma than what we are used to. What do we need? 500 ml milk, 100 ml cream, 60 gr cocoa, 1 tbsp. of sugar, 1 tbsp. of grated chocolate, 100 gr condensed milk, vanilla to taste, marshmallows for decoration. Mix milk and cream and heat over medium heat. Meanwhile, combine cocoa powder, chocolate, sugar. And slowly pour into the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Then add condensed milk, vanilla and leave to simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Pour into cups, decorate with marshmallows and enjoy.

  1. Mexican hot chocolate

Are you cold and want to warm yourself up to your very bones? Then this is your option. For Mexican hot chocolate we need one liter of milk, 100 gr of dark chocolate, two tbsp. of sugar, one tsp. of cinnamon and... one quarter tsp of black pepper. Heat the milk over low heat, without bringing it to a boil. Add chocolate chips, sugar, cinnamon and pepper. Stir well. Serve the drink hot.
